Ingredients: 1/2 lb ground pork 3 cloves minced garlic 1/2 tsp ground white pepper 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup water 6 cups chicken stock 5 oz bean thread noodles soaked in water for 15 minutes 4 dried shiitake mushrooms soaked in water for 20 minutes then drain 1 cup chopped celery 2 Tbl fish sauce 1 tsp sugar scallions, cilantro and fried garlic for garnish Instruction: 1.
